CACH And PA 2-1-1 Announce New “Housing Crisis” Service for Dauphin County! CACH now has “Coordinated Entry” to match families with housing. Trouble Paying Your Rent, At Risk of Becoming Homeless? Already Homeless – Looking for Housing? Dauphin County Residents with a Housing Crisis can now call 2-1-1. The Call Center accepts toll-free, inbound calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Trained call center staff provide Housing Crisis screening and referral for Dauphin County. Those who qualify will be contacted by a CACH Coordinated Entry Specialist to discuss next steps within 3 business days of the 2-1-1 referral. (posted 10/14/20)
