A Unified Strategic Voice

The Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH) is not a direct service provider. We are the backbone organization that connects shelters, food pantries, healthcare providers, and local government.

By coordinating data, advocacy, and funding, we ensure that no effort is duplicated and no person is left behind in Dauphin County.

Our Mission

To identify the needs of the homeless and those at risk of homelessness and to coordinate the community's response.

A community where every individual and family in Dauphin County has a safe, sustainable place to call home.

Our Core Functions
